This rower has a few features I was looking for in a rower.1 – size. I’m 6’2″ and this rower lets me fully extend my legs.2 – monitor. I wanted a monitor that had stroke count, stokes per minute, timer, and distance. They are very useful for doing workouts, and I noticed many rowers do not have them all.3. Forward bar rest. Many cheaper rowers have the bar rest right above the feet, which does not allow for good rowing form. This one had the best (most forward) position I could find in my price range.4. Quiet. I live in an apartment, so I didn’t want a noisy rower to bother neighbors.5. Compact. I needed something that could fold up.Here’s how I rate these features.1. size – 5 stars – it’s long enough for my long legs2. monitor – 4 stars – it has all the information I was looking for, but I don’t think the distance and strokes per minute give accurate information. Still, it is useful for workouts.3. Bar rest – 3 stars – it is hard in this price range to find a bar rest that allows your arms to go forward enough to allow proper form. This one is not as bad as others, but I still need more space for my arms to extend forward.4. Quiet – 3 stars – the rower is quiet, but the seat sliding on the metal bar is pretty noisy. I still worry about it bothering my neighbors.5. compact – 4 stars – it folds up, but the support leg sticks out when folded up. They could have easily made the support leg fold down, then lock into place when in use.Also, it was very easy to assemble, instructions were clear and all parts were labeled and divided.Overall I’m very happy with this rower. I didn’t want to spend too much money, but I didn’t want a cheap product that I would end up not using. I also wanted a good monitor for workouts, and something big enough that I could use good form when rowing. I think for the money, this is a really good rower.
説明書英語なので焦りましたが、日本語でも書いてくれてました。組み立ても簡単で、息子も背筋にくる〜と言ってました。この値段でこのクォリティは満足です。
