I’m pretty satisfied. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be as cushiony on my knees as it is but I was pleasantly surprised. Been using it every day since I got it.
安いのに厚みがあって、いつも痛くなってしまう臀部がこのマットだと痛くなりません。ヨガや筋トレのときにとても快適になりました。
暑くて使いやすいです。コンクリート直置きで昼寝出来ます。しかし、臭い（泣）ビニールなのか石油なのか、独特の臭いがひどいです。今購入からひと月くらい経ちますが、臭いはとれてません。なので誰も使わなくなりました。服に臭いが付きそうで怖いです。
もともと使っていたマットが薄くて膝立ちなんかすると痛かったのですが、これはしっかり分厚くて柔らかくて良いです。マンションなのでちょっとした有酸素運動するときもこのマットの上でしています
結構傷は付きやすくて、買って2か月くらいですがいつまでもつかなーという感じです。
一度だけのヨガの体験レッスンのために、お値段お手頃のこちらを購入しました。
いざレッスンに持参してみると、他の常連の参加者の皆さんに「なんだか大きいの持ってきたね！」と口々に言われるくらい、一般的なマットより大きいものであることが判明（笑）
周りの方のものを見ると、これより6割位のサイズのものをお持ちの方がほとんどでした。
しかし、実際に敷いて使ってみると、モチモチ感が最高に気持ちよくて、特に寝る姿勢になるとそのまま寝てしまいたくなるくらいでした。
膝をついた姿勢も、全く膝が痛くなることもなく、プランクも肘に負担はありませんでした。
今回は車で運んだので、大きさについてはデメリットになりませんでしたが、公共交通機関で持ち運ぶなら、皆さんと同じくらいの薄いものを選ぶべきなのかなとも思いました。
持ち運ぶ必要のない、自宅でのトレーニングで使う方にはおすすめできます。
とにかくモチモチです。
持ち運び用の簡易的なゴムのストラップがついていますが、つけっぱなしにしておくと、端の部分に跡がつきますが、しばらく置くと元通りになります。
もともとの梱包の跡は端が少しへこんだ状態で残っていますが、まあ気にならない程度です。
今後はキャンプや災害時のマットとして使おうと思います。
結構厚くてしっかりしています。収納のバンドが付いていますが、留めなくてもロール状で自立してくれます
私は紫を購入しました。結構派手派手な紫だけど全然部屋に馴染んでくれてとってもいいです！
初めてのヨガマットでとにかく安いのを探してたのですが、滑りにくいし膝とか全く痛くなくてめちゃくちゃ愛用してます、普通にマットとしても使ってるんですけど結構座っててもお尻痛くなくてほんとに買ってよかったーって思ってます
